Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and state of emergency we are available to provide services on-line. *NEW* We are now also offering a convenient "Drive-thru" option. All you'll need to do is book an appointment, pull into our driveway, give us a call and a notary will come to you to witness your signature. Please bring your own pen and writing surface to the meeting.

These are documents that must be notarized and therefore require you to attend our office to meet with a lawyer in person:
- Please note not all bodies will accept electronically signed documents, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person to whom you are sending your documents can accept electronic signatures prior to completing the document, if they are not willing to accept electronic signatures then please set up a time for Drive-Thru service.
- Any Affidavit (Affidavit as to Identity, Affidavit of Service, Affidavits for the any level court in Canada)
- Letter of Consent to Travel
- Statutory Declarations (e.g. Progress Payment Declarations, Custodianship Declaration, Common-Law Declaration)
- Automobile Proof of Loss Insurance Form
- Name Change Application
- Any Attestation
- Any document that requires Commissioner of Oaths
- Some Real Estate Documents (you will need to contact the brokerage or third-party that you will be submitting your documents to and ask then if they will accept an online commissioning/witnessing of your signature).
- Document drafting of documents we would normally draft (such as Letters of Consent to Travel, Statutory Declaration re name, address, or Marital Status, Affidavit of Identity, affidavit re work experience, etc.)
- Certified copies can be done, but the documents will need to be dropped off n our mailbox and we can contact you when they can be picked up (usually same day)
